The shop itself is good, honestly... nice stuff inside and it seemed well set up. But, yeah, the location just wasn’t great for me. It was kind of awkward to get to without a car, and finding parking nearby was a bit of a pain. I ended up walking longer than I expected, and at first I wasn’t even totally sure where the entrance was. I’d probably just order online next time instead of making the trip in person

The prices were fair, so I can’t complain too much there. I mostly felt like I got good value for what I paid, which is nice because that’s not always the case these days. Still, it wasn’t exactly amazing or anything, just solid enough that I’d say it was worth it overall

The site was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for without much trouble, which is always a win. Checkout went smoothly too, thankfully. A few pages did load a little slow for me here and there, but nothing that really ruined the experience. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had a decent selection in stock. The only downside was that I ended up waiting quite a while to pay, which was a little frustrating. Overall though, not a bad experience.

The staff were friendly enough, and it definitely saved me sitting around wondering when a delivery might turn up. The only thing was the ready email took a bit longer than I expected, so part of me did wonder if the order had been pushed back or forgotten until I got the message. Turned out fine though, so overall a good experience.

I preordered a couple of books from Travelling Man and they arrived in really good condition. They did take a little longer than I was expecting, but I appreciated getting updates once things started moving. Based on this order, I’d be happy to use them again for future preorders.

My order showed up in bad shape. The corners were crushed, the cover had marks on it, and the packaging was so thin it was ridiculous. It looked like the whole thing had been kicked around before it got to my door. Really disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I’ve been to a few of these events now, and overall the vibe is solid. People are usually friendly, and the staff do make it easy to jump in. That said, I do tend to notice the little downsides more, like when things feel a bit disorganized or the room gets too loud. Still, it’s been a decent way to spend a game night.

The tracking was basically useless. It never updated, so I had no idea where my parcel was or when to expect it. After that, it’s hard to really trust the delivery updates next time.

I order board games fairly often, and umm, the loyalty points have actually been useful. I got a few quid off my last order, so yeah, I'm happy with it.

My order arrived with the box badly crushed, and a couple of the books were slightly bent because of it. They’re still readable, but it was a little disappointing to open. Has anyone else had this happen with their delivery?
